Domestic Shipping Policy

* All orders are typically processed within 1-3 days.

* In stock orders are typically shipped within 3-5 days. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.

* For Made to Order items, please allow 3-5 additional days. If materials are out of stock, we will contact you directly.

*  Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

* If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.

* Our standard rate of shipping is $3.99 for the first item and $1 each additional.

* We ship to address within the US, US Territories, and PO Boxes, APO,FPO and DPO addresses.

* We currently do not ship outside the US

* You will receive a USPS Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s).

* All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.)

* You can cancel order within 3 days of the initial order prior to shipping.

Lost, Damaged or Stolen items During Shipping

* In general, Canine Crazies LLC is not responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged during shipping.

* Refunds or replacements will be assessed on a case by case basis. Please contact us for further assistance with shipping issues.

Conditions for Returns

* In order for the goods to be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

The items are in the original packaging unsealed and unopened except for dog collars and bandanas. Due to sizing, all dog collars and bandanas are fully exchangeable within the 3 days after delivery. A new item will be made if required.

* Items are mailed within 7 days of the receipt of the return shipping label.

The following Goods cannot be returned:

* Items made to Your specifications or clearly personalized.

* Items which are not suitable for return due to health protection such as dog toys and were unsealed after delivery.

* A return on an individual item that are packaged together as a set. All items in the set must be returned.

* We reserve the right to refuse returns of any merchandise that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.

Returning Goods

We will reimburse no later than 14 days from the day on which we receive the returned items. We will use the same means of payment as You used for the Order. There is no cancelation fees. We will provide you a shipping label after we receive your request for a qualified return. All returns must be mailed within 7 days of the receipt of the shipping label.
